Terms of Sale

  • All sales are final
  • If, within the warranty period, a mechanical part proves defective, Brewster Auto will within a reasonable period of time, replace the part.
  • Brewster Auto is not responsible for or liable for any incidental or consequential loss or damages.
  • No warranty or reimbursement on labor under any circumstance.
  • No cash refunds. No exceptions
  • No warranty on seals, gaskets, fluids or coolant, wiring harness, electrical parts.
  • In the event a mechanical part is defective, and a replacement is not obtainable, refund will be made by company check.
  • All sheet metal, glass, electrical and body parts are sold as is.
  • Incomplete cores are not acceptable for credit.
  • Damaged or altered parts are not warranted or refunded.
  • All returns must be accompanied by invoice.
  • No claim made on body parts, colors or trim packages.
  • Overheating voids all warranties.
  • Unless stated otherwise on the face of this receipt, no other warranty is made or implied.
  • Brewster Auto is not responsible for buyer error.
  • If, at the seller’s sole discretion, a non-warranty return is allowed, a 30% re-stocking fee will be charged.
  • If you have a problem, contact B.A. Inc. prior to removing part or attempting any repair to part.
  • No warranty or return under any circumstance on carburetors or parts costing $10 or less.
  • Brewster Auto makes no claim to the suitability of any part for a particular purpose. Buyer is responsible for determining suitability of parts purchased for purposes intended.
  • $45 fee on returned checks.
  • Buyer agrees to pay all fees and costs associated with the collection of this debt. 1 1/2% finance charge on overdue balances past 30 days.
  • Low fluid level(s) void all warranties.

Special Order Policies

  • Special orders are not returnable.
  • A minimum deposit of 50% is required for all special orders.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Parts and deposits left over 14 days are forfeited.
  • Brewster Auto is not responsible for delays in UPS or freight shipments.
  • Freight delivery is beyond the sellers control.
  • All conditions listed under terms of sale (above) apply.
  • All warranties on special orders are supplied by supplier not by Brewster Auto.
RETURNS are accepted upon management approval within 30 DAYS return policy period within the original date of purchased. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds all require a return authorization number. Prior to sending you RA #, we must first validate and verify you’re purchased from Brewster Auto Online and at Store pickup, the item must be in the same condition as shipped and UN-INSTALLED or otherwise, a 30% Restocking fee will be charge plus shipping & handling is non-refundable.  
-Item must be on its original packaging with all the included accessories & plastic material that came with it.  
-If the unit is found out to be USED or INSTALLED during the 30 day return period policy will- result to a Higher Restocking fee of 30% or the unit will be towards REPAIR ONLY.    
-Outbound Shipping is non-refundable.  
-As a Buyer. You are responsible to pay for the shipping to have the item returned to our company whether the item is Defective, a Repair/Exchanged or simply for a Refund.   
-B.A. accepts No responsibility to any Loss or Damage item during return transit.  Please make sure you insure the item incase something happen during transit.
-Items that are purchased with “Free shipping” still have an associated cost when shipped. Therefor, this shipping cost’s are non-refundable and therefor be deducted upon your total refund.  
-Please be sure to buy the right “ITEM” before committing the purchase from B.A..  
-Items returned must be Re-packed safely to avoid damage during shipping transit.   
-Refund will be processed & submitted  within 4-5 business days but before that, Our Technician must do a thorough “INSPECTION” before submitting the refund

-All items that are sold on our online or at the store are inspected and checked thoroughly before it gets processed, packed, and shipped to avoid issues like missing parts, accessories and cosmetic mishaps on the said item.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS upon arrival or (DOA) must be addressed to us immediately” and the item must be returned to our company within 7-10 business days upon received.
